Hourly Service Rates:
At HopeNet we’re sensitive to your financial needs of running a small business. We have a sliding scale hourly rate. The longer you need our services, the less expensive your rate.

Service Contracts:
We can provide service contracts for your individual business needs. We can also discuss a customized contract for specific support requirements.

Bronze - 50 hours / 1 Year of hardware & network support services. (does not include after hour or emergency priority service)

Silver - 100 hours / 1 Year of hardware & network support services. (does not include after hour or emergency priority service)
|
|
|
Gold - 500 hours hardware & network support services. Includes After Hours, Weekend and Emergency Priority Client service.

Platinum - 1000 hours hardware & network support services. Includes After Hours, Weekend and Emergency Priority Client service.

HopeNet Computer Consulting prides itself on fast, innovative and economical solutions. Keeping this in mind we offer several billing options:
Credit Cards: Credit cards are accepted online via PayPal
Invoice: Services can be invoiced and are given a 14 day grace period.
A $10.00 monthly service fee will apply to invoices not received within 14 days.
Invoices larger than $1,000.00 will require a 50% deposit.
On Account: Clients who purchase one of our service contracts will be billed against
their account.
